Fierce & Free is more than a course, a health program, or traditional coaching. It is a yearlong, Christ-centered mentorship that helps women rebuild their lives from the inside out.
Throughout the year, you will receive biblical teaching, practical tools, personal guidance, community, and accountability addressing the areas that most affect your ability to move forward: spiritual growth, inner healing, mindset renewal, physical health, weight, hormones, habits, confidence, identity, and purpose.
You will not be handed a one-size-fits-all plan. Angie will help you identify where you are, what is keeping you stuck, where healing is needed, and what course of action will serve you best. Together, you will determine where to begin and what to focus on during each season of your journey.

Hi, I’m Angie Rose.
More than a coach or pastor, I am a woman who has walked through addiction, shame, rejection, rebellion, broken identity, and the exhausting work of trying to appear free on the outside while still feeling bound on the inside.
I loved God, but I did not love myself. I knew how to say the right things while privately carrying pain, perfectionism, fear, and beliefs that kept shaping my life.
Then God met me—not only in a church pew, but in the middle of my mess. He began healing the roots, renewing my mind, restoring my identity, and teaching me how spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical healing work together.

Today, I use my years of experience in ministry, life coaching, health coaching, inner healing, mindset renewal, hormones, and weight loss to help women experience that same kind of transformation.
